Job Description
Performs independent business, governance, engagement, reporting, and project support activities. Provides analytical support Federal agency coordination efforts related to critical infrastructure protection and cybersecurity.
This role will be based out of the client office in Arlington, VA with some hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain governance documentation, action logs, rosters, and participation records.
Coordinate meetings, stakeholder engagements, and follow-up activities.
Conduct research and analysis supporting policy and engagement objectives.
Develop reports, dashboards, schedules, and process documentation.
Track actions, risks, milestones, and project deliverables.
Support data collection and performance measurement activities.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
4 years of program support, management analysis, or business analysis experience.
US Citizenship required by federal contract.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience drafting white papers, strategic planning documents, guidance documents, or other project documentation
Ability to easily communicate with senior government clients, lead discussions, and confidently discuss project status and propose solutions
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with clients to develop clear expectations, roles, and requirements for short and long-term projects
Strong analytical, writing, project coordination, and oral communication skills.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools.
Previous DHS or CISA experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate on a team in a dynamic environment, absorb and apply mission knowledge, and have a mindset of learning and continuous improvement.

Pay Range
- There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$61,232.00 - $104,094.00Virginia Client Office (VA88)
