Role Overview

Apply senior-level accounting expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through accurate, practical evaluations and feedback. This remote contract role draws on real-world financial analysis, compliance, and document-review experience. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness, using established accounting standards.
• Assess audit procedures, identify gaps and best practices, and consider regulatory requirements across business scenarios.
• Create and evaluate financial models for logical structure, accuracy, and actionable insight.
• Analyze tax-compliance practices and supporting documentation, identifying compliance risks and issues.
• Review legal and financial documents for clarity, correctness, and regulatory alignment.
• Provide clear, constructive written and verbal feedback on project materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Support the development and evaluation of AI-training datasets, drawing on experience with data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of corporate-level accounting experience, including complex financial scenarios.
• Strong capability in financial reporting, audit procedures, financial modeling, tax compliance, legal document review, and feedback delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate actionable findings effectively in writing and verbally.
• Experience with human-data projects, such as data labeling, annotation, reinforcement learning from human feedback, or model evaluation.
• Strong analytical judgment, close attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Adaptability, a growth mindset, and the ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative engagements.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $58 to $110 per hour.
