To learn more about this facility and our Packaging division, please visit: What You Will DoFoster a safe work environment, ensuring the maintenance team is practicing “best safe work practices”, and leading the identification and mitigation of all work hazards for jobs performed prior to work commencingDevelop and implement an effective predictive and preventive maintenance strategy for all facility assetsCollaborate with operations leaders to ensure asset availability that will best meet customer requirementsDirect the supervision of all plant maintenance functions involving equipment, buildings, systems, and grounds to include hands-on electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and corrugated box making troubleshooting Prioritize work orders for maximum value creation and asset up-timeCoach, mentor, and assess performance of team to increase optimal resultsHold the team accountable for performance, including schedule adherence and quality of work (i.e. repairs, rebuilds, and installs performed in a precision manner) Leading and facilitating operational and cultural changes with positive resultsAccounting by managing monthly maintenance costs to meet plan spend goalsWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing/industrial environment OR military leadership roleExperience with financial analysis in relation to costsExperience utilizing a computerized maintenance management systemExperience establishing and/or administering a Predictive and Preventive Maintenance programs and tracking resultsMust have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorshipWhat Will Put You AheadBachelor’s degree or higher in engineeringCorrugated experienceExperience working within a union environmentExperience and knowledge of industrial electrical to include PLCs, drives, motors, and instrumentationExperience and knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsContinuous improvement experience and/or educationExperience and knowledge of equipment servicing, planning/scheduling, mechanical and electrical maintenance, and plant/project engineeringAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
